In addition to the proposal narrative, described under Requirements, please completely fill out the Cover Sheet, which asks for basic information about your organization and grant request, as well as a Budget for your organization or project. We must receive a completed cover sheet and budget in order to process your application. If you received a general operating grant in May of 2010, you may apply for renewal funding at this time. Proposals must be postmarked by March 15th 2011.
